RETURN PROCEDURE TO CHANGE SIZE/COLOR

You don't like the item and you want to change it, or you ordered the wrong size?

You can choose to replace any product purchased on myselleria within 14 days from the delivery date. Here is how to do it:

1 - Download and Fill in the following form to change item and send it to resi@myselleria.it

2 - wait for our authorisation to change item, after we have taken seen the sheet you sent us.

3 - proceed with shipping the item to be changed to the following address:

My Selleria - Via Ruzzante 5 - 35020 Sant'Angelo di Piove di Sacco (PD) - ITALY - tel +39 0495842151

Insert the items in their original packaging. You must return items in the same condition in which you received them and that is in perfect condition, with all their components, in the original packaging and with any attached manuals, labels and hang tags still attached to the item.

4 - Subsequently you will receive a code corresponding to the value of the item(s) to be changed.

5 - proceed with a new order from our website by entering the code you received in your cart, any difference payable will be at your expense.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE FOR REFUND


The Company My Selleria acknowledges the right of withdrawal for refund as provided for by current legislation. The deadline for exercising this right is 14 days from the receipt of the order.

Here is how to proceed:

1 - Download and Fill in the following form for refund return and send it to resi@myselleria.it for the procedure

2 - wait for our authorisation to return, after we have seen the form you sent us,

3 - proceed with shipping the items to be returned to the following address:

Insert the items in their original packaging. The returned items will be accepted and checked to ensure that they have been returned intact.

4 - After checking the integrity of the items, we will proceed with re-crediting the amount already paid. The refund will be made according to the payment type used to pay for the order. The refund covers only the price of the items and not the costs of the first shipment. The refund will be made within 10 days from the moment the items are returned to us. The costs related to the return of the product are at the expense of the Customer.

Caution: in case the returned items are damaged, we will return the items purchased to the customer, and the new shipping charges will be at their expense.

 

NOTE ON CUSTOM ITEMS


Customised items, embroidered, specially ordered, out of the catalogue, are made specifically for you, so they cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects.

 

DAMAGED OR NON-COMPLIANT ITEMS


If an item was damaged when it was delivered or it did not comply with the description, write to resi@myselleria.it and attach a photo of the item received and the order number.
