Buy items from our shop for at least * euros and you will have the chance to choose a gift one among those listed while processing the purchase.

ON-LINE PURCHASES

You can purchase MySelleria items from its online site. The items are divided into 4 macro categories each divided into Categories and sub-Categories. Each item is well described and identified by a picture that can be zoomed.
TELEPHONE PURCHASES

You can purchase via telephone on +39 049 584 21 51 Mondays to Fridays from 9.00am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 7.00p, except Sundays and Public Holidays. It would be better, prior to place the telephone order, to identify the requested items code. Telephone orders will be accepted only through the item Code.
FAX PURCHASES

You can purchase via Fax by filling in the aforementioned printable form and sending it to +39 049 971 01 12.

ITEMS AVAILABILITY

The items availability in the advertisements is highlighted as follows:
Immediate availability: the item is immediately available in our warehouse and ready to be shipped;
Limited availability 2-4: the item can be immediately available, should the item not be available re-stocking in our warehouse is estimated within 2-4 days;
Limited availability 4-8: the item can be immediately available, should the item not be available re-stocking in our warehouse is estimated within 4-8 days.

All items are meant as all available. If, due to exceptional reasons, when having to pay for the order, one or more items are not available, Myselleria will see to contact the customer keeping him/her up-to-date on any longer waiting times in order to recover the requested item and/or will suggest the customer one or more items that, according to quality/price are equivalent to the ordered ones.
VAT RECEIPT OR BILL OF LAIDING ISSUANCE

Goods are sent to the customer on free packaging and with regular VAT receipt or invoice if requested.
The invoice will only be issued for orders over 100,00 euros.

RIGHT OF RECESS

MySelleria acknowledges the right to recede according to all the regulations in force in Italy. The limit in order to make use of this right is of 10 days as set forth by law, within which the customer is obliged to give us communication via letter sent by recorded delivery. (Address: MySelleria - Via Contarina, 15 Fraz. Arzerello 35028 Piove di Sacco PD- Italy)
In the letter asking to exercise the right of recess it is necessary to point out your bank/postal account details in order to credit your account with the owed amount (CIN code, ABI code, Account Number, Account Holder).
In order to be able to exercise the right of recess it is necessary that:

  1. the customer express his/her will to exercise his/her right of recess in the aforementioned ways;
  2. the purchased good must be undivided in its original packaging, whole (included of any documents and accessory equipment: instruction manual, etc...)
  3. the good must be returned within the aforementioned times and waysthe return costs are charged to the customer.

Once the goods reach our warehouse they will be examined in order to estimate any damages or tampering not due to transport.
After having cheched the goods wholeness, we will proceed to credit you the already paid amount via banker's draft on the account that you suggested to our Customer Service.
The refund concerns only the items price and not the first shipping costs and the re-crediting commission costs.
The refund will be credited within 20 days upon receipt of the returned items for which you wish to exercise your right of recess.
The costs concerning the goods return are charged to the Customer.

As soon as our bank on-line credit notification is received (normally this transaction takes banks about 2/3 days' time) we will proceed to the immediate goods shipping.

DELIVERY AREAS

MySelleria delivers to all European Countries, Switzerland and all over the world. Shipping costs are automatically counted at the end of order filling.

DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

Once payment has been received and earlier still the availability confirmation of the ordered items we will immediately proceed with the shipping. The times and methods change according to the area.

UPS SHIPPING
The delivery is carried out within 48/96 hours Mondays to Fridays except Sundays and Public Holidays. In order to check the shipping status, UPS will email you with all the details concerning the necessary references and links. The email will be sent by UPS when the order has been sent by My Selleria. To find the nearest UPS branch please check www.ups.com
Should no-one be in when at the delivery, the courier will leave a papery notice. The goods will be kept at the branch for no longer than 5 days within which the Customer is obliged to make arrangements for a new delivery. The courier will try to re-deliver the goods on the following day. The addressee is obliged to contact the courier's referential branch to ask for the goods to be held at the branch in order to then personally collect the goods by the branch itself.
After 5 unsuccessful attempts the goods will be sent back to My Selleria.
WHAT TO DO WHEN THE GOODS ARE DELIVERED

When the courier will deliver the goods you will have to check that the parcel is upright, undamaged and dry and compliant with the standard characteristics of a parcel.
Please check that the number of the parcels is equivalent to what is shown on the carrier letter.
Any protest must be immediately made to the carrier, failure to do so will mean that the item has been properly delivered.
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DAMAGES DUE TO THE TRANSPORT

Should a damage be clearly visible on the packaging when the goods are delivered you will have to:
  1. reserve the right to accept the parcel is accepted but signing the document you will have to write "Delivery taken with right to reserve", once the parcel is opened and any damages found, it will be possible to be compensated for any caused damage";
  2. reject the damaged goods whenever it is not possible to take the delivery with right to reserve or should the damage be clearly visible without having to open the parcel.
